1. Introduction
Connect SFSC Klaviyo (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Solvative. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you request early access or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and website URL.
OAuth credentials: To connect your Salesforce and Klaviyo accounts, we facilitate an OAuth authorization flow. We store encrypted OAuth tokens necessary to perform the sync on your behalf. We never store your Salesforce or Klaviyo passwords.
Sync data: We process contact records, case event data, and consent status as part of delivering the sync service. This data belongs to you and is processed only as necessary to perform the integration.
Usage and log data: We collect audit logs of sync operations including timestamps, sync direction, record counts, and error states. This is used for debugging, reliability, and audit trail purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the sync service
- Authenticate and authorize connections to Salesforce and Klaviyo
- Send operational communications (sync alerts, errors, onboarding)
- Respond to support requests
- Improve reliability and performance of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
The Service runs on Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS.
We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit log data is retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to Salesforce Service Cloud and Klaviyo on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of Salesforce or Klaviyo.
Early access form submissions are stored in Attio CRM, operated by Attio Ltd. Data submitted through our early access form is subject to Attio's Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@solvative.com.
8. GDPR and CCPA
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or your consent where applicable.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to delete it.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
